CSB.DB Co-Response Databases (CoRDBs@CSB.DB)

The co-response databases contains transcriptional co-responses (gene-gene correlations) of various (key model organisms). By scanning for the best co-responses among changing transcript levels these databases allows to infer hypotheses on the functional interaction of genes.
